ABOUT MARKÉTA HAINDLOVÁ
Mgr. Markéta Haindlová, LL.M. is the founder of the Law Office of Markéta Haindlová. Her studies at the Law Faculty of Charles University, completed in 2009, and after graduating LL.M. program at the University of Zurich has become a leading expert on sports law in Europe. Her whole life is dedicated to helping people who need it.
She has helped in the Assistance Association for chronically ill children, she worked for UNICEF and other charitable projects, and it is also worth mentioning the establishment of the private charity Shoes4Life.
In 2010 she was elected chairwoman of the Appeal and Audit Committee of the Czech Football Association (now the Football Association of the Czech Republic), a post she held until 2013. At the same time in 2011, she founded the Czech Association of Football Players, which and has been the chairwoman from 2013, and pioneered Czech hockey association that protects the rights of players since 2013.
Markéta Haindlová’s work in the field of sports law has been awarded with the election to the office of Member of the Executive Committee of the World Association of Icehockey Players Union WAIPU and chairwoman of Legal Committee of the European Minifootball Federation. Publications of the European Sports Law and Policy Bulletin and International and Comparative Sports Justice recommends Markéta Haindlová as a specialist in the field of sports law in the Czech Republic.
Among other works externally at the Law Faculty of Charles University, where he lectures in the subject Sports Law.
